\nYour room will be ready from 3:00 pm. From this time you can check in at the reception desk. The latest check-in time is 20:00. <\/p>\n

What time can I check out?<\/strong>
\nWe ask that you leave your room and check out by 11:00 am.<\/p>\n

Can I also book an early check-in or late check-out?<\/strong>
\nWe love that you want to enjoy your stay extra long, however, early check-in or late check-out is only possible based on availability and at a cost of 10,- euros per hour. Please call the reception desk one day before arrival for this purpose. <\/p>\n

Where can I find the reception desk?<\/strong>
\nThe reception desk is located immediately upon entering on the left.<\/p>\n

Is there always someone available at the reception desk?<\/strong>
\nFrom 7:00 in the morning until 23:00 in the evening there is a reception staff present. After 23:00 our night porter is present in the castle, if there is anything you can contact the night porter by calling the phone located on the nightstand. Click on the button with reception and you will get our night porter on the phone. <\/p>\n

I don’t have a credit card. How can I pay? <\/strong>
\nWith us you can pay with debit card, credit card, gift certificate of Kasteel de Wittenburg, cash except 200 and 500 bills.<\/p>\n

What are the times I can eat breakfast?<\/strong>

\nKasteel de Wittenburg is home to our Restaurant Sophie<\/a>. We recommend making reservations in advance.<\/p>\n

What are the opening hours of the restaurant?<\/strong>
\nWednesday through Sunday for drinks and dinner from 5:00 – 11:00 p.m.
\nOur kitchen is open until 10:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Do you have a place to park a bike?<\/strong>
\nWe have a bicycle shed, not lockable. Here you can park your bicycles during your stay. <\/p>\n

Does the castle have an elevator?<\/strong>
\nThere is no elevator in the castle. If necessary, it is possible to enter the castle by means of the chair elevator, however, unfortunately you will not get to the hotel rooms this way. <\/p>\n

Can I rent a crib?<\/strong>
\nUnfortunately, we do not have cribs available.<\/p>\n

Are pets allowed?<\/strong>

What is your cancellation policy?<\/strong>
\nA credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. There is no cancellation fee if a booking is cancelled before 9 a.m., 48 hours before your arrival date. If a booking is cancelled later, or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.<\/p>\n

What does “non-refundable” mean?<\/strong>

\nYou can park for free on the estate of Kasteel de Wittenburg.<\/p>\n

Can I charge my electric car or bicycle with you?<\/strong>
\nYes, we have multiple charging stations for cars and bikes. Are you taking advantage of these? Please also think about the other hotel guests and do not leave your vehicle at the charging station unnecessarily. <\/p>\n

Bike rental<\/strong>
\nDuring your stay it is possible to rent a bike from us. The cost is 17.50 euros per bicycle per day. An electric bike is possible on request for an additional charge. Depending on availability. For questions, please contact our reception at 070 51 51 500. <\/p>\n

Can I have a photo shoot at your place?<\/strong>
\nIf the vows are made at Kasteel de Wittenburg, the bride and groom are free to take wedding photos. This is not possible for other couples or other purposes. <\/p>\n
