April 18, the secretaries could be put in the limelight again. This was the sixteenth edition of BID Secretary’s Day 2024! What a fantastic and inspiring event we were privileged to organize together with Secretary Plus Netherlands, BID and ShowBird Netherlands.
A celebration of the top assistants in the country. This year’s event focused on inspiration, recognition and collaboration within the secretarial profession with the theme “Champions League. With Wilfred Genee as chairman of the day, it was a successful day, where we were able to put all the assistants and secretaries in the limelight.
During this special day at our castle, the BID Assistant Impact Award was presented, a token of appreciation for the crucial role that assistants play. Karin Merkx of Blue Field Agency was the lucky winner. An up and coming hostess who is always cheerful, curious and positive. In addition to her position as assistant, she also does Human resource, payroll, Recruitment, organizing events and supporting management within the company on a daily basis. She certainly deserved this award!
