Someone who understands kitchen dynamics and knows how to further improve quality together with colleagues. An enthusiastic “foodie” who contributes to innovations and is naturally aware of trends and technical developments. You are also able to manage the kitchen team, handle any problems or complaints and order supplies.

As restaurant manager/supervisor, we require you to provide leadership to staff, as well as manage, hire and motivate. You are also co-responsible for achieving and maintaining service, quality and sales. You are enthusiastic, stress-resistant, service-oriented and have communication skills. Furthermore, you are also willing to be deployed in the main building for banqueting parties, if necessary.

A fun varied position in an exciting and versatile company with a pleasant working atmosphere where the guests are the focus. You will be employed in catering party nights, receptions, meetings, weddings, lunches, dinners and in the Orangery. Also deployable at other catering locations of Catering Oud London in Utrecht and surroundings.
